Try the complete workflow

On iPad, use landscape orientation for the clearest view of the teacher selector, nine-domain rubric, coaching notes, and exports. Portrait remains supported for setup and quick review.

1. Set up your school. Acknowledge privacy, enter a fictional observer and school, select the academic year and grades, and add teachers manually or import the fictional roster CSV. Preview imported rows before finishing.
2. Complete a standard walkthrough. Select a teacher, enter lesson context, expand a domain, and rate the look-fors you observe. Leave unobserved items unrated. Add evidence and select Save Walkthrough.
3. Review coaching. Explore generated coaching notes, the coaching record, the editable Word summary, and Conference PDF. PDF opens a browser print view: choose Save as PDF.
4. Try assessment-guided focus. Start the assessment-guided flow with the fictional assessment CSV. Map columns if requested, review suggested focus areas, confirm the instructional focus, and observe instruction. CSV/UTF-8 text only; no PDF or Excel upload. Results suggest observation priorities and do not diagnose students or establish causes.
5. Explore school views. Saved walkthroughs populate Teachers, Trends, Gap Analysis, and PD Plan. Select New Walkthrough to begin another observation. Repeat saves do not consume extra allowance.
6. Try the limit. Complete three walkthroughs. Further starts/saves require the simulated license. Open School Setup & Data, proceed to review, verify LENS-2026, and finish. Existing observations remain.
